What makes you choose to PCT instead of B&C?
everybody is different I suppose. not my experience.
No one mentioned your use of tren E (unless I missed it). But 2 weeks on/off of tren E… I’m not sure what you hope to accomplish with that. You aren’t hitting SS at any point and then you’re drifting off and then coming right back on. So you’re never really off or on with the tren.
I could see using tren ace this way (2 weeks on/off) though I have never tried it, nor have I heard of it being highly effective for anything other than managing sides.
Could you explain your reasoning behind this? You’re pinning the test E 2x/wk but the tren E only 1x/wk. They have the same half life.
EDIT: I maintain 240 at around 4000 cals/day and I am fairly sedentary when not at the gym. Are you so highly active you cannot gain under 6000 cals per day? This is a genuine question.
My apologies. Yes, this is more like a blast and cruise method as I do stay on Test-E all year round.
My metabolism is crazy especially with the T3 mixed in. Doctor said do 5mcg per day, but I bumped it up a bit to help lower fat. I doubt I really needed it anyway, it’s just one of the men’s health places out of Florida that want your $. I have been more sedentary working from home past 2 years, but I go to the gym almost every day and typically do 75% of body parts to failure. I do get in some walking after every meal. I will see about doing the Tren-E for 3 weeks instead of 2 weeks. Just want to be careful with it.
Why would you ingest fast carbs (dextrose) that far removed from your workout?
If convenience is your answer, oats with some whey and two eggs make for a decent bowl of oatmeal. Not sure if it microwaves easily, I just make it on the stove.
How much milk are you having in a day?
I feel like you could maybe move some stuff around, maybe that way you could have a more “fun” dinner. Assuming the below,
is dinner? Maybe have the banana from breakfast there, as you’ve recently trained.
Or have 6-8 eggs for breakfast and skip that MRE at 10AM.
I would switch to acetate is you are running short term like that. It will be in and out quicker.
More eggs for breakfast yes. The Dextrose pre and post workout is for spiking insulin for better nutrient uptake. It also helps the rice taste better when you eat so much of it. No more than 4 total cups of milk per day. In fact, I’ve switched over to almond milk in the Redcon1 MRE shakes. I like the banana in the evening idea and can certainly do that, it’s just been a morning habit for years.
Dextrose will spike insulin quickly, it’ll be on the way down by the time you are hitting the gym. A better timing would be intra-workout. That way, as you train, GLUT-4 will move from inside the muscle cell to the surface of it allowing you to draw nutrients into the muscle cell more easily and not solely facilitated through insulin which does not discriminate between muscle- and fat cells.
Run it at a lower dose if you want to ease in. Running for 2 or 3 weeks it won’t even hit full blood concentration
Have you done any testing to see if you require this many calories? metabolic test to determine RMR? maybe calculating TDEE with something other than an online calculator? IDK, seems like a lot
