ok new plan… just went out and bought tons of sweet potatoe fries… this is bad… i weighed at 194 tonight… dont know wtf is goin on… but i need my muscles back… will start another thread soon with some advice… high fat diet is not for me lol
Carbs are good. There are optimal times when to consume carbs and also what type of carb. Some people are more sensitive to carbs but for me I eat anywhere from 400-500g a day
Also check your sweet potatoe fries and make sure they don’t have a bunch of crap in it.

and double the carbs??
i honestly will be working out every day for the next three weeks !
can someone help me with my diet… i will be changing all the fats to carbs again… when is the best time to consume some fats? and carbs based on my schedule… i workout at 6pm
and i thought i had it all under control. I guess the first cycle is always a learning cycle huh…

To the OP check out carb cycling I think thats what you are talking about. Its pretty hard and sciency but people swear by it. Sounds like you are eating alot of junk why dont you just cut out all the sups except protien shakes and stay away from man made/preocessed stuff. I think if you keep it clean you will bulk nice.

Post up your diet and times you eat.
morning 8 am two scoops of protein plus 3 tbs of olive oil
10 am - 7 hardboiled eggs
12pm - 2 4oz chicken breast with diffrent kinds of peppers (red green orange yellow) and brocoli followed by 3-4 tbs of olive oil
3pm - same as 12 pm
5 30pm - same as 8 am
workout at 6-63
after workout around 830 - 2 scoops of protein only
10pm chicken and veggies again… sometimes 4 tilapia slices with veggies and then again 3 tbs olive oil
1130 or before bed half a tub of greek yogurt (now will be taking cocunut oil)
^^^ that is my current diet that im looking to change up. I want to take carbs as the main source of energy instead of keytones from fat but would want enough fat intake for my body to not want to hold as much fat since it gets it daily… is this possible?.. i have some ideas but i just cannot get the timing right with the between when to take the carbs and fats … maybe im eating too much protein in the first place but i was told to eat around 2grams per lb while on gear …?
