CLA Increases Risk of Cardiovascular Disease?

I came across this article regarding a research review involving CLA and it opens by saying

“CLA as unhealthy as synthetic trans fatty acids”

Anybody think this is really a cause for concern?

It kind of disturbed me just because I’ve taken CLA on several occasions in the form of Abs+, and also in Flameout.

There a two kinds of CLA, differing in the positioning of the double bonds. One acts as all other transfats, the other one doesnt. Get a hold of the c9,t11 version.

Interesting, I’m not quite sure if I’ve ever came across a CLA product that differentiates between the versions however.

I dont think they usually distinguish. The stuff in cows milk is, I think, mainly the good on. Im guessing manufactures produce it chemically and end up with the mixture.
