I’ve seen people deal with minor side effects like reflux and the likes, but that’s the least of my worries. Cialis just gets me completely off my game for a few days in where even concentrating on simple things is a struggle. I heard taking daily low may help this out, but eventually even 5mg stacks up and caused same symptoms. If the side effects were to subside how long would they take? Has anyone pushed through for say a month? I wonder why some of us have such a severe reaction to it, while others actually get great results supposedly going beyond erection quality.
My biggest problem it is this air hunger it tends to give me. I check my blood pressure and it’s not low or anything so I wonder why.
Not for quite some time no. From what I remember it cause heavy brain fog as well and headache. It would be better for us due to the shorter time of action, but I really wanted a long term solution like a low dose cialis daily. Doesn’t seem appealing to me to have to plan to time it and when to take it.
Can’t remember if it messes with my eyes and ears just as bad.
No and from what I understand it’s garbage anyways and doesn’t make it in your system past digestion. Supposedly it’s better to take the precursor of citruline malate. Which that did give me some pump at the gym when I tried it a few times, not sure if any benefits for ED.
I have found that Cialis causes tiredness and fatigue. Cialis directly or indirectly causes vitamin D deficiency and no amount of supplementation will get my vitamin D out of a deficiency, unless I stop the Cialis.
Cialis can change T:E2 ratios, lowering estrogen and this can change hepcidin levels and change iron metabolism. People with lower vitamin D tend to have lower estrogen levels, so maybe there’s a shared pathway between the two.
As a consequence, my hematocrit and hemoglobin increases, and this I believe is the mechanism for suppressing vitamin D.
Too much iron in the body can cause secondary iron overload conditions which may disturb the 25-hepatic hydroxylation and synthesis of Vit D, causing Vit D deficiency.
People who get repeated blood transfusions are at risk for vitamin D deficiency by the same mechanism.
