thats your argument? health? please. ask how many people serious about bodybuilding give a shit about their “health”. health and bodybuilding are not directly related and 90% of people who ARE concerned with their health arent lifting for size, theyre doing marathons or TBT. im talking about people who lift for look; VANITY. not sports and not health. you lose.
so everyone on this site is a bodybuilder that only lifts to look good??? Your argument is still flawed.
everyone who lifts to look good is vain, everyone who dresses to look good is vain.
stay on topic please, i know its hard to do when youre trying to argue something that is impermeable but just for shits give it a shot.
Everyone who lifts and spends money on supplements DOES NOT equal vanity-seeking bodybuilder. You fail to your knees, junior.
To stay on topic…fuck you and Merry Christmas…maybe you’ll be lucky enough to see another one…aka…have a Happy New Year.
well if youre lifting weights and spending money on supplements because you want to look good - which was my point when i said there is no difference between people who lift to look good vers people who dress to look good - then yes, you are seeking vanity.
everytime you try to argue against what i said you bring up people who dont lift for looks which is not what i said. i really wish this site had font options so i could put it in big size 30 letters for you, VANITY IS VANITY. IF YOU SEEK VANITY THROUGH CLOTHING OR THROUGH MUSCULATURE YOU ARE STILL SEEKING VANITY.
4+4 = 8, 2+6=8, they are the same thing even though you used different methods to get to it. if you can not grasp the overall concept being underlined then please go back to kindergarten.

You’re stupid is so all encompassing that it’s hard to point to one part of the stupid. RJ and myself are app. the same age and pay bills for our families. We take care of ourselves and our families. We are what is called grown ups.
When you have what is called your shit together, you might understand this. My lifting has always been performance, ie, getting strong first. Being built better than you average guy in the 20s is a pleasant side effect.
I spend money first on supplements for health. Protein powder is an efficient way for a 45 year old gut to get protein with little fat due to gall bladder issues. Fiber, pharmaceutical grade C and other stuff is for the good ole antioxidants.
Going to school for 8 years and having my own chiropractic office allows me to buy some , or actually a lot of weightlifting equipment to stay in shape.
As for homo jeans, I much prefer to spend my money on great scotch, match grade hunting ammo and shooting ammo, high grade weaponry, home improvements, and other such grown up things.
And nice presents for my family on Christmas, good drink for friends and family, and some great food. We actually have what are called friends and family that love us and enjoy our company. Probably because we’re not parasitic little grinch like wanna be lazy asses.
