Hate to put it into the universe, but I feel like sh!t physically. Stomach, head, sinus, etc feels fine, but body aches are awful. I’ve tried to get in bed by 10 and up at 630 and that isn’t helping a ton. More than likely. hit close grip tonight, light accessories, front squats instead of back tomorrow (easy way to control poundage moved while keeping intensity high) and train back accessories light tmrw while taking off Saturday.
