Its based on an old steroid that was deemed too weak for normal usage.

Its based on this ^^^^ drug. Its not a progestin, I don’t have any recommendations against it.
But truth be told, hdrol and superdrol are better cutting drugs.
Superdrol is methyl masterone and is fairly strong for that purpose.
