Chivalry Ain't Dead I Guess

I think this was probably staged.

You were the guy that was arguing that there are circumstance in which it is okay to hit a woman right? Did anybody even ask the poor fat bastard if she deserved it? I knew that you deep down new it was wrong. Wrong is easy to spot when you see it isn’t it mak?

Too bad for cell phone guy in the pizza place that Tim wasn’t there to save his butt…

Sort of. His dad was Tug McGraw, Cy Young award relief pitcher for the Mets/Phillies.

My band covers a few of his songs. He walks the walk for sure.

How is pushing some fatass around with a bunch of bouncers covering your ass manley?

That guy came after him and he stayed out of reach while the bouncers swarmed the guy.

Too bad the guy wasn’t smart enough to pull Mcgraw down to him in the audience, at least he could have got some shots in before the bouncers got to him.
I agree. Nothing impressive with that and maybe it was some kind of staged bullshit…

I honestly didn’t see what the fat dude was doing. I saw what might have been him grab McGraw’s pant leg, but was more likely the guy talking a loud volume of trash that McGraw somehow heard over the music.

McGraw then called a bunch of attention to it, and almost punched the dude. Which is cool and manly and stuff, but he could have just taken a couple of steps back and not made a youtube video of it.

Explain the part about Chivalry.

EDIT: I apparently missed the part where the fat guy punched a chick. My bad.

It is nice to hear about chivalry.

Where were you in that thread about how lame it is to open doors for women?
It’s fine as long as you knock the doorman out in the process.

How long have you been waiting to crack that one out? You should probably actually read that thread you linked and read my arguments.

From what I’ve been able to read about that concert, fatty hit someone without any real provocation.

Although, I don’t like fat people, so I’m probably biased.

looks to me he likes to throw his weight around and talk bad

and will do anything to get his face in the papers

Country News, Breaking Music & Entertainment News From Nashville | CMT read abit and it says this

This wasn??t the first time McGraw has taken security matters into his own hands at a concert. You may recall in 2000 when he and Kenny Chesney were arrested after Chesney??s unauthorized use of a deputy??s horse backstage at the George Strait Country Music Festival in Buffalo, N.Y. McGraw shoved a deputy who was trying to arrest Chesney. Both were later acquitted of all charges. At the time, though, Chesney was on the lower rung of the artists opening Strait??s stadium shows. Suddenly, the national mainstream media couldn??t wait to talk to Chesney. I think he landed his first Tonight Show appearance as a result of his arrest. It??s debatable how much all that publicity had to do with Chesney??s current success, but it??s clear that his star began rising substantially after the show in Buffalo.

He manhandled a woman to get to the front of the stage. Not cool.

Interestingly, I agree with OG about opening doors and stuff, although my ADHD-addled brain sometimes has me missing cues.
