My cousin could do a pullup at just over a year old. When he was 3.5 he picked up a 12kg kettle bell and did swings while laughing at “the big boys”.
He will win the Olimpics.

My sister is having a baby soon, my brother-in-law is 6’6 former basketball player / current coach, my sister used to play handball and is pretty much in shape and athletic, I’m playing volleyball and trying to become a bodybuilder one day. That kid will have all variety of sports available (except soccer, I hate soccer), and I’m gonna make sure he stays in shape and athletic.
And when he’s around five and I’m hyoooge, I’ll take him to women volleyball games, sit him in my lap and say: “Uncle’s gonna tap that.”

i did make my wife a wooden olympic bar (she complains that the real bars are too heavy). the boys love to put a couple of 5s or 10s on and ‘workout’. it’s a pretty funny sight.
