yeah my chest has always been my weak point and 25-30 lbs loss is huge! idk if its even possible for me. the last time i was under 200lbs was when i was 18, and had never seen the inside of a gym before
Pre-exhaust the chest with machine flys or pec-deck and then move onto the compound moves.
I had the same problem, my delts were huge and chest was tiny. I was delt dominant so much that my triceps didnt even get any work from benching.
The best combo I did was pre-exhausting the chest and training it 2 times a week.

Pre-exhaust is the way to go! 4sho!
Pre-exhaust x3. And drop the weight, go wide on the barbell presses, drop the weight, and work in the 12-15 rep range NOT to failure focusing on MMC and feel.
