My doc agreed to twice a week. I am on 0.5 ml a week (1/2 cc?). The syringe I have make it hard to find 1/4 cc for each shot. Is this the right conversion.
Yes . 1/4 cc of 200mg Tcyp = 50mg 2x week . Yes a 3cc syringe is not optimal for such a dose , but it is possible - you just have to take time loading it -
If you want to be sure - take a empty syringe and suck up water to 1cc mark and count how many drops come out when pressed - next go to the suspected 1/4 cc mark and do same - it should be 25% of drops

I have requested 1ml or 2ml syringes.
The once a week dose of 1/2cc a week made me feel good for 3 days then would feel crappy until the next shot. The 1/4cc is not as effective as the 1/2cc that I was taking, but no highs and lows. Labs in a few weeks will tell where I am at. I am only at the 1 month mark.
