So when on a low carb, moderate fat diet I’ll treat pepperoni as a fat source.
Something simple as flattening a chicken breast, filling the middle with pepperoni, rolling it up and baking it tastes great.

2 scoops of any choc whey 2 tbsp almond butter…add a lil water mix up then put in fridge for 10 min, I like to add blueberries to it too
3 tbs chia seeds, 1 cup water and crystal light to taste. Mix it up and toss it in the refrigerator for about 30 mins. Tastes and feels like jello, but is protein, fiber and EFAs.
sweet potato cut into fries
any neutral flavored oil (dont need much at all)
kosher salt
crushed cayenne pepper
bake 400F until crispy… awesomeness
