1 cup of almond flour
4 egg whites
3 scoops of chocolate whey
2 tbsp cocoa powder
+/- quarter cup of sweetener, to your taste
3 quarter cup of unsweetened apple sauce
little bit of baking soda
mix it and bake it at 350 in a 9x9 pan until set, maybe 12-15 minutes. Add nuts and/or coconut if you so desire.
Chocolate brownies you can eat for breakfast and kill all sweets cravings.
I got this same recipe on eliteFTS. theres also one for banana bread almost the same ingredients…very low in carbs
Yep, that’s where I found it and it’s been a staple ever since. Haven’t tried the banana bread though, may have to check that out.
I make a pretty good chocolate milk shake.
3 to 4 ice cubes
oinkos chocolate greek yogurt
1 scoop of chocolate whey Protein
1 medium banana
half a cup of skim milk
2 tbs of all natural peanut butter or almond butter
blend till creamy you can also add frozen or fresh berries if you would like.
Cottage cheese with cinnamon and splenda do the job for me.
Plus the Finibars before my workout taste like candy bars.
For some reason, i find that if i am having a low carb meal on my diet i sometimes grab some tuna sashimi and eat that with some salad and soy sauce…Taste great!
Eh for some reason I am not too fond of using cottage cheese when I am dieting, don’t get me wrong I love the stuff, but it seems to make me feel bloated.
And I am craving some sashimi! An all you can eat sushi/sashimi place open up at school and after I get done with my contest prep I think I might have to hit it up either the night before or right after a leg day.
This topic makes me want to use today as a cheat day.
Greek Yogart, Peanut Butter, and Chocolate Grow tastes enough like chocoate pudding to fool me.
Greek Yogart, Peanut Butter, Cinnamon, Canned Pumpkin, and Natural Flavor Grow tastes a lot like pumpkin pie.

Oh wow, that sounds really really good! A litte curious to try that.
They are pretty tasty, just made a pan tonight. I forgot to say to grease the pan, use Pam, coconut oil, or butter, or they will stick.
I’m down with the cauliflower pizza too, easy to make and faster then take-out.
Thanks for the recipe, got one for the cauliflower pizza or the banana bread?
http://stuffimakemyhusband.blogspot.com/2010/11/cauliflower-pizza.html
This is amazing, just be SURE to get all the moisture out of the cauliflower. If you follow the directions, you get a nice crispy thin-crust style pizza. Can’t really taste the cauliflower at all, which is good because it’s not a favorite of mine.
I don’t have the banana bread recipe, but I do know it’s somewhere on the Elitefts site.
I’m definitely going to try those brownies. Thanks Diana!
And if anybody locates the banana bread recipe, please post it up, or PM it to me.
Birdys dessert: 1.5 cup of cottage cheese, tablespoon of peanut butter, mixed all together
with a handful of almonds.
Today I made my first batch of low carb pancakes using almond flour. Eatable, but I
dont think Ill rush into making another batch. Nothing beats the crepes you can buy on
the streets of Paris from those stands.

Sliced, pickled jalapenos (the hot ones) on everything.
Smoked salmon.
Smoked beef brisket.
Fresh spinach
Sauteed spinach

romaine lettuce
asparagus
green beans
black beans
shrimp
coffee, with splenda, baking cocoa and cinnamon (every morning)
Dang, now I’m hungry.

OMFg dude I lost my mind when my trainer said I could have them

Smash up a banana
Add to pb and whey mix
Freeze
Shrirataki noodles…
I eat pretty much whatever I want, as long as it fits into my calories and macros for the day. Because of this, I am able to diet hard continuously without derailing my progress in order to indulge psychological urges, depriving myself, or going to ridiculous lengths and expenses to make fake “cheat foods” out of various “clean” ingredients that never quite taste the same.
Having pizza (REAL pizza, no veggie crusts here) tonight, actually.
Greek Yogurt mixed with cottage cheese and sugar free kool aid packet oh Yeahhh!!!

Both the brownies and banana bread are on this page.
Jen Comas uses oat flour, but I find almond flour works just as good.
Oats may be gluten free, but I find they still give me the bloat.

I have been looking for the non-tofu ones, but can’t seem to find them anywhere!
