Has anyone ever ordered supplements from them?
I placed order a month ago and still have not received anything from them.
First they replied fast and told me the package was returned because of incorrect address,though i know there was nothing incorrect about the address i gave for them i know these things can happen.
Now they just don’t reply to my emails.

I also had trouble with them. I am right now in a contestation to get my money back from my VISA company.
Vitaminshoppe is good. They don’t have all supps though.

I have used them in the past always very helpful, sometimes there delivery is late but when I complained they threw in free fish oils 
Try e-mailing them or posting on there forums. As far as I know they aren’t a scam but I haven’t ordered from them in over a year…

Only used them twice but no problems so far.
I’ve used in them in the past and thought they were ok. One delivery might have taken a few days longer than it should have done, though

I tried e-mailing but they don`t answer back, to me that pretty much makes it a scam company now.
My guess is they started honest but have changed now.

No phone number and no address, just their e-mail.
I did google around some and didnt find anything bad about them so i thought id give it a try.

I’ve bought protein off them for over a year and never had a problem.
I’ve got to admit that it is very strange that they have no phone number and haven’t responded to your email. At the very least it’s incredibly bad customer service!

Still bothers me why they didnt answer e-mails, thats a best way to cause a paranoia for a customer.
Have you tried doing a whois search against the domain name? You may find some details that way.

Myprotein.co.uk & Bulkpowders.co.uk are both good. Myprotein will email you the tracking reference for the package once it’s been dispatched, can’t remember if Bulkpowders do it too.
I’d also recommend Vitacost.com I successfully ordered a few bottles of Greens + from there and I may start to get my flax oil from there too (depending on my calculations), remember the customs charges as you will be asked to pay them.
As for Biotest supps, get them direct. Including delivery and customs charges when you factor in the current strength of the Pound and the ridiculous markup UK companies apply it’s a no brainer. It might be different for you as you’re based in Finland however.

I would order directly but the customs seize every supplements coming from the US.
Proteins,vitamins,fish oils you name it.
Only way to get Biotest supps shipped here is to order them from European based company.
It may end up being 2-3 times more than what they are sold in the states but so is every other supplement too here, except Creatine or Protein.
And no way i order from them again thats for sure.
