What are you guys wearing for cheap tank tops these days?
I went to Walmart hoping to grab a pack of 5 Hanes or FOL or something like that. No dice. Plenty of wife beater options, but that not the type of tank top I’m looking for.
Absolute utilitarian throw-away hot weather garbage clothes is what I need here. The tank top equivalent to the Hanes 5 pack of white v-neck Ts for under your dress shirts type of deal.
Any recs?
Ever consider hitting up 5 Below, buying a bunch of shirts and cutting them up? Most of the shirts I’m wearing in my training videos are 5 below specials.

They have plenty of the Hanes or FOL tank tops at Dollar General. Not sure if they are three or five packs. There is a display full in the aisle.
Considered it, my track record is pretty poor when it comes to DIY tanks though.
The lower neck line that isn’t frayed is a big bonus for colder months too since I like to wear them under a flannel rather than a T shirt.
I might have to pop in and see what the General has to offer. That hadn’t even crossed my mind as an option.

Target brand black tank tops. Yeah, they’re wife beater style, but better quality.

I used to get Hanes Xtemp tank tops. Relatively cheap and decent for the price.
