Changing an Effective Protocol

Lets say a protocol is effective at symtom relief. Labs look great. All is well. Do you ever tweak it or experiment with it hoping to squeeze a little more out, or do you sit on it until things turn south?

Im 10 weeks in, 140mg/week Test Cyp. E3D. Original labs had TT at like 366, SHGB high at 48 or something, E2 was crashed below test threshold. Going from memory here.

Labs at 8 weeks had TT at 1160, SHGB around 40, E2 high 46 (ref range 14-32)

I feel good. Symtoms mostly gone. Not sleeping great, and thats a little beyond my control for a bit, so crash a little in afternoon. But things are real good. Strength gains have been very noticeable, almost a little extreme to be honest.

I personally plan on riding 140 another 8 to 12 weeks at least and just seeing how it pans out. Realize i am very new still. Just curious what others do as far as trying to get the very very most out of TRT.

If you’re are still early in treatment, meaning 1-3 months, maximum benefits are achieved in around 12 months with small incremental improvements for years. If you find yourself sliding down hill in a couple of months, especially sexually, this would likely mean your hormone levels are too high and your body is down regulating.

No.

It’s so hard to get dialed.

Right, i was actually quite surprised how high both T and E2 was. And again, symptom relief has been fantastic, and the gym has felt like a full on cycle. Which kind of leaves me wondering if i could lower the dose further. Not going to be the course now, im sticking through another stretch on this. But i have subscribed to the as little as i need mantra, knowing i can always add a little when i need or want to.

Tinkering with something that has you feelimg great is obviously a do at your own risk thing, just curious peoples thoughts. As humans, we are always trying to get more out of everything.

Not on Jatenzo, it’s only about the dosage, the frequency is decided for you and with steady states in 7 days, things happen fast!

All the time. Is that a good idea? Probably not, but I get bored easily
