I eat raisin bran and add plenty of milk for the protein. It is a win win combination. I am getting my carbs, protein, fats, vitamins and minerals all in one simple meal.

its 5 bucks for the knockoff brand those fancy omega 3 eggs cost about a buck more. and i dont have krogers in my city (quebec sucks). preety much sticking to I.G.A. and sadly those cheap fucks don’t give employee discounts same with the other supermarkets you think they would though right?
