Anyone watch this show? I am hooked. You know Drew would’t do a bullshit show. Its very interesting to me how having group interactions not only brings things up but addresses them for other memebers of the group.
It is quite the interesting show. Some of it is funny, some of it is REALLY sad (like that poor guy from Taxi – I forget his name).
Dr. Drew seems like a guy who really, really knows his shit though. If I ever had a loved one that needed to go into rehab he’s the kind of guy I’d want to have working with them.
I love that show.
I roll on the floor laughing so hard I make sounds that sound like a dolphin fucking a hyena.
At least according to my roommates.
I’m going straight to hell
Dr. Drew is a cool dude. I used to watch him when he co-starred with Adam Corolla on MTV’s “Love Line”.
I didn’t think that I would like “Celebrity Rehab” but it’s quite addictive. Funny thing is that I know all but 3 of the celebrities (not personally). I’m not surprised about Chyna abd Brigitte Neilson. They constantly drank when they were on “Surreal Life”. But I’m surprised that “Mini Me” isn’t there because all that he did on “Surreal Life” was drink himself into a coma.
I am truly unsurprised about Jeff Conaway (Taxi). He was already a train wreck on “Celebrity Fitness” But as I see it, if he don’t get some major help, he’ll be six feet under in a year.
Been watching it and like the authenticity of it, as compared to the other "reality" shit on the tube. Yeah that fucker Jeff Conway is fucked up, what a sad way to go. Looks like Baldwin is gonna be startin some shit this week about the wet tshirts in the pool. What a dousche, why would you quit just because of one episode of goof off time, if he quits he's a loser just like Conway too, yet he was chiming down on Conway pretty hard about him leaving.
Now we got that Rico Rodriguez in the mix too. He seems like a bonehead too. It’s like some of the people on there know and agknowledge they’re addicts, and some of them are pretty ignorant about the hurt they cause other people namely their families, so it will be interesting to see which ones make it and which ones take the loser route and give up.

I hate reality TV, Celebrity TV, the whole genre. Yet, this is a decent show. It is not glamorized, or overdramatic. It is more of a documentary than reality TV. Dr. Drew is the man. In Love Lines, he was just as funny as Corrala while still being serious and caring. He fits my definition of cool, not hip, but calm, collected, brutaly honest and effective.
I’m not saying go out and watch it, just that I do.

I’ve followed Drew through the years. At first I thought he was an over the top medical authority. Now I know that he is just so matter of factly right on with what he is doing and how is practicing. I dont know how he has time for this show. He still has loveline every night, his normal patients at the hospital, and twin girls, plus he works out in the a.m. every day.
Was anyone else totally disgusted by Rico’s drunk driving story? I couldn’t believe he’d tell relative strangers something so horrible he had done and not been ashamed of it.

At first I was thinking that this guy isnt so bad. Then he told that story and pretty soon you can see how he is a little out of control. That story is fucked up!

I don’t know man, if you got a hardcore coke addict like Baldwin trying to get clean the last thing you need are porn stars flashing their tits in the pool. For a guy trying to get a handle on impulsive behaviors, and he’s really trying, the whole strippers and party vibe will have him climbing the walls and aching to snort a line and hop in the pool.
You can really tell that porn chick is one dimensional to the core. There is nothing more to her then her provocative act. Oh, and Jeff Conway damn… not the cool ladies guy he was in Taxi anymore.
I’ll catch the show again it is kinda of interesting. Gotta here about this drunk driving story now.
