Well, you’re young. A family can be full of flaws and still be a family. OP has no place involving himself in it an has no place making assumptions about it. I like your profile quotation: “I care not so much what I am to others as what I am to myself.” In a sense it applies in this situation to the OP.
Weasel revenge? Messing about with a family? The 20 year old chick fing the old dude is messing with that family. And guess what… she doesn’t care. You don’t do penance for stuff you don’t care about no matter who tells you, so forget the priest. The guy fing the the 20 year old chick is willingly risking his family and willingly messing with the OP’s family (being that the chick and he are together). How the hell are you all trying to lay the guilt trip on him? Blame the victim? Its not his fault he is laid up and his girl is cheating on him. Dump the skeez and call the dude’s wife. She has a right to know as she has a vested interest in the d-bag. And while some of you may not like it, if it were me and my girl was cheating, I’d like someone to have the guts to give me a ring and let me know whats going on. It’s her life too and everyone involved deserves to know all of what is going on. That is not vengeance, that is respect for the victims by offering them the truth. Then, what they do with it is there business.
