Cars - American Cool

Now this is a Corvette! The 427, basically a Z06 convertible. Yes, I want it too.
Now this is a vette…

These cars are of course gorgeous. But I am betting the Corvette, Camaro and Mustang would smoke both of these… That’s just the way it is now.
of course they would but it isn’t always about the 0-60 time.
Yeah, 0-100 and 0-120 and .25 miles times are also important. As well as breaking distance from 60 and 80. Skid pad times and figure 8’s are also good measures.
But the most important thing is horsepower. There as no such thing as either enough or too much, but that’s just me I guess… Lonely old me, nobody cares about horsepower but me…I care about toque too, don’t get me wrong.
I like to go fast, and love powerful cars. HOWEVER, unless you’re racing for money, or have serious penis insecurity issues; it’s just splitting hairs with most performance cars these days.

I dont see a point in comparing 0-whatever times done by a professional driver with a car purposely set up from the factory for a test. Who cares? 95% of the public is incapable of getting the same performance from the vehicle.

It’s not about “how fast” it’s about “how enjoyable it is to drive”

It says “ford” …

With the amount of potholes and generally fucked up road conditions, in real life, this would be faster than everything posted here.

I think only Ford and (I can’t belive I’m saying this) Dodge are making nice cars these days in the States. I used to be a huge Chevy guy but none of their styling sits with me nicely. The new Vette, I don’t know… The C6 was so gorgeous but the 7 is just kind of ghastly even if it is cool looking. Dont’ get me started on the new Chevy SS styling either.

Ford’s new linup of Mustangs and Fusions are top notch imo. The Charger I also think is one of the most badass sedans on the road, proper family muscle right there. The only downside with American cars are their interiors are still pretty crap compared to well, pretty much everyone.
The new Chevy Impala is a nice car. Pictures do not do it justice. Very nice lines, and that 3.6 engine puts out serious power. Nice interior also.

The new vette is FUCKING AWESOMESAUCE

from the local cruise in. so hot, love the billboard side.

local 427

Wow! 3 pages in and no one has shown it any love

Convertible

Currently driving a 2013Charger and I’m pretty strong in my stance American car companies make the most bang for your buck car in terms of performance and reliability. Big displacement makes me happy.

Some asshole snatched this up the day before I was going in to test drive it :(
Aren’t those the same wheels as jjackkrash’s S4?

I have epic penis insecurity issues, cause I do dig all that shit. Speed, power that’s enjoyable to drive to me. I like a car to scare the shit out of me.

I like this. Luxury, performance, can haul your kids and run like hell. You need a family sedan, why not get one with a 415 HP V8? Fuck a Camry, they suck. Get an SS…

Cheap thrills…
With a turbo charged 1.6 L making 197 hp\203 ft/lbs torque!
Surprisingly compliant chassis plus 10 cu/ft of cargo. It’s holds the skid pad at .91 g! You really wouldn’t believe what that beats… It’s a nice package. Put’s a smile on your face. Can’t argue with results.
If your considering a mini cooper or fiat this deserves consideration because it beats them in all the measurables, plus you can get it with Recaro’s which you should.
If your considering a Civic, don’t bother it’s a joke, a bad one. If you want that, get a '90s era Civic it’s a much better package.

That’s ridiculously pretty.

ZL1 - 580 HP track attack. It’s faster than your car. It carves corners with Europe’s best…
