So I have been eating paleo for quite some type now and though I have never really noticed it my mother pointed out that my skin has a yellowish color to it, similar to a fading bruise. My palms and soles have a darker orange color. I am pretty sure it is Carotenemia. I eat a lot of broccoli, spinach, eggs, and tomato paste about a small can a day. I have read up on it and seems treatment is just to discontinue use of products high in carotene and lycopene. Problem is I read it can take up to a few months, is there a way to speed it up? Perhaps sweating it out (Carotenoids are eliminated via sweat, sebum, urine, and gastrointestinal secretions).
And you ruled out jaundice because…?
Try and see if it works. Let us know.

Other than the my skin color I am fine and my eyes are not yellow.
It sounds just like lycopenemia, from the tomatoes, naturally.
I don’t know much about it besides that. Just stop eating the tomato paste for a while. I’m not sure this is an indication that your kidney is not properly doing it’s job or anything like that. I’d ask the doctor honestly. That sounds quite strange as I think it is quite uncommon.

I think it may be both. I get over 100% of my daily VIT.A from the carrots I eat at breakfast alone and there have been times I have eaten about 8 oz of tomato paste a day, average 4-6 oz.
Eat a Toaster Stroodle, that’ll straighten everything out.

Totally unrelated, but I can hear my upstairs neighbors fuckin’.
So you’re orange?
This thread just took two turns for the better!
