Not happy with these, as really wanted to go up from 22.5 but instead I seem to have gone backwards. Not sure whats going on here, possibly my diet, i dunno! My bis were sore tho before work out so dont think this helped. Hmmm!
Low seated row

Last time these were really hard and I had to drop to 27.5 for the last set, so Im pleased that I kept at 30 and it felt better today.
DB Flys
3x8@16 - up 2k, happy, felt good about these!
Shoulder Press
3x8@10 - I tried to do these on the machine and did half a set, realised I didnt like the machine, stopped and went got some DBs. I really wanted to go up on these to 12k, even tho I did half a set on machine I think my arms being tired didnt help, annoying !!
Lat Pulldown

Felt good, want to try to do 3x10 on these next time before going up.
Also practised squat form, so still going to be working on this next lift will have to do light squats, but I guess more reps!
An ok work out, not best pleased about my bench however :-(. Also not liking the splits the way they are at the moment, finding all upper is just a little too much in one day, going to see how a push/pull split would work for next week.
