The void in programming left by Chapelle is the only reason I can think of that comedy central keeps picking this show up.
I’ve only watched a couple minutes of his show.
What I gathered is that he basically yells and swears a lot and this is supposed to be funny.

Don’t forget the fake mexican accent, constant preaching and incessant repetition or insulting the audience (look at all the stupid people, “why did he say that?!?!?!?! WHAT DOES THAT MEAN CARLOS?!?!?!?!” for example.) when the joke doesn’t land well.
