With the bread and PB I use, a 1 serving PB sandwich would get you:
18g Fat (3.5 saturated)
28g Carbs
15g Protein
6g Fiber
334 calories.

He specifically wrote, “whole wheat” so he could make his little argument. To be fair, that’s what I said too, and there is a difference between whole wheat and whole grain. The fiber content is reflected in that difference.
And yes, splitting hairs about the amount of fiber in bread is retarded. The idea was that by eating a high fiber diet you can still slim down on mixed-macros.

That’s not the entire idea behind it. Including a decent amount of fiber in a meal helps reduce the effective GI of the meal, which is what you should be concerned about.
It’s not retarded to care about fiber. Caring whether your bread has 3 grams or 4 is a tad retarded, but choosing a bread with a high fiber content vs. one that is low is very reasonable to discuss.

Taking in 2800-3000 cals a day and finally broke a plateau I had - I’m 141lbs now! (most I have ever weighed in over 2 years) which is 24lbs up from January 17th my starting point when admitted out of anorexic recovery.

I feel a LOT better and think I look much healthier / muscular (well duh, I was dieing at 117lbs lol)
Abs have gone on the backburner but that aint no problem caus they’ll be back whenever I finally get my weight to 180 and allow myself a semi-cut ![]()
