I am just finishing my bulk. Went from 180 to 201. Starting my cut in a week or so after I slowly lower my cals back down and re introduce myself to my jump rope. Ive heard good stuff about HOT-ROX, but im not really sure how it works or if i should even spend the extra dough on it and just buy the Carbolin 19 which seems to be HOT-ROX without the yohimbe.
Anyone who has any experience using either please feel free to give me some advice and your experiences. Thanks in advance.
Carbolin 19 isn’t HOT-ROX without yohimbe. It’s colforsin all by itself. That ain’t the main ingredient nor the only one that does something.
The colforsin is a muscle builder. It also has some nutrient partitioning effects that help minimalize fat gain while building muscle. Tim Patterson’s article sums it up well, I thought. I have no experience at all with Carbolin 19 by itself.
HOT-ROX (any version) on the other hand is a thermogenic. It’s helps the body burn the fat off.
HRX has Carbolin 19 in it mainly for the aforementioned effects. In this case instead of building muscle, per se, it keeps it (or at least minimalizes loss).
My experience with HRX is limited as I’ve only been using it for 3 days. I’ve already noticed a decreased appetite (for me that’s a very good thing) and decreased cravings for… well for refined highly processed sugar. The last few days without intentionally thinking or concentrating on a diet, I’ve been craving, and filling up on, the good stuff.
I’ve also noticed a very warm feeling (all over) about 30 or so minutes after taking a dose. I have been sweating easier and more than before. I haven’t noticed any extra energy, but I don’t get that tired feeling like normal.
I do however get headaches about the same time I get hot. I think that may just be the caffiene as I haven’t used any in over a year.
Maybe this has helped some. Good luck with the cut.
just read the “warning” i guess you can call it. It says not to take if you take over the counter allergy medicine. This time of year I cant(still barely can) make it through the day without zyrtek or clariten so i guess im out of luck here.
