Carb Cycling Codex Questions

i just read CTs article on carb cycling. The Carb Cycling Codex

in the begining of the article after the solution part he says its also calorie cycling and calories and carbs will vary each day. does this mean on my priority days i should consume more calories than the other days?

what came to mind was that on workout days o multiply my rmr by 1.6 and on off days by the 1.2.

You figure out your rmr. Your rmr will remain constant throughout the cycle. You figure out your macros, then set a High carb day on your priority day if you’d like.

ok i got it.

the days with the lower carbs will automatically have lower calories because the protein and fat stay the say throughout.

I also have a question… I have everything worked out, except for my low days that I do NOT train. I imagine I should just space my carbs out for all 6 meals rather then have 25% 25% and 50%, as I won’t be training on 2 of my ‘low’ days anyway?

This is actually something I’ve been trying to figure out myself, I’ve been wanting to start CT’s superhero program and I like the look of the Carb cycling approach he layed out. However I’m still not sure on whether it’s lower total caloric intake on the off/low carb days, or do we just replace it with more fats and proteins?
