Carb Cycling and Body Recomp

Hi! I’m 19 yo, weight 165 lbs (75 kg) and 183 cm tall
I managed to get down to about 11% bodyfat eating a little below maintenance for a month, now i’d like to go to single digit

i’m thinking about having a deficit on rest days (200 below maintenance), while having a surplus on training days (200 above maintenance)

do you think it makes any difference if i cycle my carbs on rest/training days?

off day: 130/140g proteins, 80 fats, 160 carbs MAX
on day: 130/140 proteins, 60 fats, 300 carbs

yup, that looks like a solid plan. Carb cycling is a great way to eat. To get to single digit bodyfat you have to start getting creative.

I’d eat a little more protein, personally. Not a huge amount more, but another 30g or so would be a good idea.

I have lower abs veins but also a little bit of excess skin (I was overweight years ago)
I am eating that amount of proteins because when I was eating like 1g/lb (160) I had high creatinine in my blood test
