It does suck that Canseco is putting out dirty laundry that should stay in the lockeroom. But! It’s time! The roids are HURTING basball. It’s time for some changes, big changes! Thank you Jose for bringing it out! But, u are a big jackass for sure. ALSO, I was a huge Mike Greenwell fan & Big Jose the injecter beat him out for the MVP back in 88’. And that is CHEATING!
Steroid use is not hurting baseball. An ignorant press, overpaid players, and over-priced tickets is hurting baseball.
If it wasn’t for McGuire’s run at 61 homers a few years ago, Bonds’ assault on 70 homers a couple of years later, or his current bid to break Aaron’s 755 mark, baseball would be in the crapper right now.
The roids have been around in baseball since the 70’s! They got really big when Bo Jackson & Deon Sanders came into the league. All the players saw these 2 big, fast as lightning guys ripping the cover off, getting all the attention & makin’ the big bucks because of it. I don’t blame these guys for taking them! If I was in the big leagues & saw all the results these big bad assess & attention were getting, I would start taking them too! It’s very sad that it came to this, all this cheating. I heard La Russa saying he hopes all the questions will end soon! Yea right! IT’S JUST STARTING! Also, have u guys seen the players yet! THEY’RE ALL WAY UNDER THEIR WT. FROM LAST YR. They’re getting scared! I love it! It’s great! They should just rely on hard training, natural & legal supplements & do it the right way!
Also! Thanks to baseball & not testing these players, Ken C. died from cocaine! They could have helped the poor guy. Bastards!
I don’t think steroids were hurting baseball… at least not until the media pussies made such a big deal out of it, and the public acted like they just found out that Santa Claus isn’t real and that pro-wrestling is not a real sport.

Please explain how paying the players a lot of money is hurting baseball. Baseball would be better off if the money went to the managers perhaps?
Canseco is definately not all that honorable for speaking out the way he did. But are the rest of the players who are taking the roids and not admitting it any better? So many players denied taking anything and it was just obvious that they have. Who did they think they were fooling? I think I’d have a lot more respect for a player if they just admitted to using if they were confronted about it.
