Cannot Lose Weight with SARMS, Diet, and Exercise

What were the good testimonials that drew you to SARMS, and what bad testimonials were there that you still took them?

Either way, you researched the wrong stuff. But don’t take it personally. There are plenty of dudes who come through this site researching and planning the perfect cycle, but don’t understand the basics of training or nutrition. Rather than reading the history of SARMS, you could have read the many articles here.

Sounds like a scam

Weigh your stuff for real and get back to us

Just from your time being a human, did you believe that losing weight would mean feeling hungry or feeling very full and forcing food into your mouth?

Does the latter sound like something thin people do or something fat people do?

I am not being rhetorical: I genuinely want to get into your head space here.

@SOUL_FIGHTER I make you completely right and I’m not taking anything personally. I’m here to learn and places like this are the best place to get others opinions and personal experiences. My main driving force into trying Sarms were exactly that, to experience it for myself. To see what works and what doesn’t work and to learn for positive experiences as well as mistakes made along the way. The majority of reviews and others testimonials found on message boards were ones that had cons yes but the pros they recorded out weighed the cons.

I don’t get what you mean by weigh your food properly?? I use a digital scale and weigh each portion as according to the diet plan that I have? I could record the day spent weighing food if you like but I think it would be pretty boring to watch.

Could be a scam, I’m not even gonna dispute that possibility but at the time of purchasing I thought the fact that he has over 300k followers on IG and 1000’s of positive reviews was a good enough indication that it was legit.

@T3hPwnisher I get what you’re saying, of course I believe eating excess food would cause excess weight gain but the fact that I trusted this plan the first time around and successfully lost 35lbs proved to me that this was not always the case.

The weird thing is that I can’t tell if this diet is excessive in food intake because the daily calorie intake is relatively low in total… And obviously being in a calorie deficit creates weight loss? Right?

Obviously if you didn’t lose weight then you weren’t in a deficit. Eat less, it’s not rocket science.

I don’t take any PEDs, but I would take steroids over SARMs. Both suppress natural test production, both have side effects, SARMs are just much less effective and have less research done on them. As a beginner, there is no reason to be taking either.

The fact you are force feeding yourself, not feeling hungry and not losing weight is a pretty good sign you are not in a calorie deficit and that this approach isn’t effective.

Whoof. I’d stop those SARMs, dude. I’ve never taken any type of PED or anything like that, but SARMs would be the LAST thing I’d try.

Yes, the pros of possibly losing fat - a simple and quick thing to do if done properly - a bit faster definitely outweigh the cons of being a 23 year old with ED.

Anyways, hopefully you stop that nonsense and some people here can help you with this. @T3hPwnisher is in the middle of a really successful cut, @Aldebaran is ALWAYS in the middle of a really successful cut, and several other guys who are just really strong have chimed in - there’s a lot of info to be had here if you’re willing to listen and forget the program you’re on. Definitely wish you luck, dude. Stop taking that shit though, seriously.

Quick question …have you seen any change in body composition? Scale weight in by itself isnt the best matrix to base improvement.

How much do you weigh that your calories are so low and you still feel full?

I was doing 2300ish on my cut to 180. I kinda get what you mean about feeling full on a cut, this happens to me when I miss a meal and I’m trying to hit my protein goals - but I don’t see that happening across 6 meals.

Lgd made me retain water.

x2 above -how has body composition changed/waist gone down?

Anyway my 2cents
Run through Tnation fat loss templates like one linked below. Diet just eat normally 3-4 meals, healthy whole foods. 6 meals a day is a pain in the ass and pretty tricky in full time employment

1400 calories?? your gym intensity is in the shitter whether you feel it or not. up to 2000 minimum.

-Oh wow, think thats a Tnation 1st!

If really want to crank it do this( extra cals needed for recovery)…

First, no, that’s not really how carb cycling works. Second, carb cycling is inefficient and/or flat-out counterproductive if it’s not coordinated with your training - matching the low/med/high carb days to your activity level. Third, any “trainer” who puts a 215-pound man training five days per week on a 1400-calorie diet is criminally incompetent.

Yes and no. Being in an appropriate deficit can lead to weight loss. Being in an extreme calorie deficit can trigger starvation-mode survival and halt weight loss. This talks a bit more about it: The 5 Laws of Metabolism - Diet and Nutrition - COMMUNITY - T NATION

Have you made any changes this last day or two, or kept on the plan as-is?

Damn that would majorly cancel out fat loss in 6 weeks

Most social media trainers are trash.

I probbaly never heard of him

This is so damn sad.

6 weeks and 1lb lost.
You can lose 1lb in literally 20 minutes.

you’re wasting money on useless supplements and unnecessary meals.

Why are you taking those pills/chemicals into your body?
Do you feel as if you’re fat because your body lacks those chemicals?

“The whole diet consists mainly of plain chicken, rice, boiled potatoes, broccoli so on and so on.”

Why though?
Why not have some rich buttery curry chicken with a side of jasmine rice?
What about a flowing bowl of taco salad with freshly chopped lettuce, tomatoes, dab of rich sour cream and delicious guac? Of course the seasoned beef and salsa.

Eating plain chicken holds no power. It is not a miracle food. Eating bland food doesn’t mean it’s the best food for you.

Why are you eating 6 times a day?

Do you ever post anything intelligent and thought out, or are you a professional idiot? Just curious.
