Wednesday work out:
OHP: 6x3 @ 70kg
Pull ups: 5x6 @ BW
Good mornings: 2x18 @ 80kg

Accessory:
Seated cable row machine, Ezy bar curls, lateral raises and kettlebell swings.

Notes:
All lifts felt good, think shoulder is all good.
Gym was pretty empty, everyone was probably recovering from Easter dinners.

Friday work out:
Squats: 5x1 @ 190kg
Pull ups: 5x5 @ BW
DB incline bench: 2x25 @ 30kg

Accessory:
Seat cable machine rows, leg extensions and face pulls.

Notes:
Strange one today.
Brought no energy to the table but weight felt light.
Was a late one (almost midnight) so could also be a timing issue.

Tuesday work out:
Squats: 2 @ 200kg
3x3 @ 180kg
NG Pull ups: 5x5 @ BW

Accessory:
Kettlebell swings.

Notes:
Was really tight on time, used a heavier kettlebell
For swings and also felt my core working as well as the posterior chain.

Thursday work out:
Pull ups: 5x5 @ BW
Dips: 12 @ +5kg,10 @ +10kg, 8 @ +15kg, 6 @ +20kg, 4 @ +25kg, 6 @ +30kg.
Snatch grip DLs: 15 @ 160kg

Accessory:
Seated machine cable row, preacher curls and kettlebell swings.

Notes:
The gym was pretty busy, the rack was in use… for lateral raises. So I went with dips instead.
DLs really had me out of breath, even with my headphones in I’m sure I was making enough noise for the entire gym to hear lol

Sunday work out:
Squats: 1 @ 200kg,2 @ 190kg,3 @ 180kg, 4 @ 170kg, 5 @ 160kg
Good mornings: 2x16 @ 80kg

Accessory:
Face pulls and trice extensions.

Notes:
Wasn’t feeling great Tonight so only a short one in the garage.

Hey thanks for checking in mate.
Mental health had been a bit of an issue (not helped by the multiple lockdowns)
Was supposed to be getting married last weekend too.
I’ve still been getting into the gym (the garage set up has been a great help) just haven’t got round to writing most of it down unfortunately.

Just good to know you are still around. So sorry to hear about the wedding. All these lockdown suck major balls. Glad you are still training and finding a way to cope.

Face pulls, lateral raises and curls.

Notes:
Just a quick one tonight. Mood wasn’t there, could easily have skipped.
Vic is in another lockdown so gyms are closed, so I’m limited to squats stands and a barbell.
On a better note though I hit a squat PR by accident recently squatted 205kg (didn’t feel much different from 200kg)
And tempo squatted 180kg for 5.
Dips also got a bit better with 8 @+40kg.

Good mornings: 2x20 @ 60kg
Pause OHP: 5 @ 60,65,65kg

Accessory:
Australian pull-ups and face pulls.

Notes:
Nothing to complicated, actually ran out of weights for the DL section (not that I’d be lifting that much more thought) i might see if I can find a cheap pair of 20kgs on gumtree or something.
Did have slight DOMs/stiffness from last session but all disappeared once I started warming up.

Plate lunges and tricep extensions.

Notes:
Things went pretty well.
I’m pretty happy that I purchased some basic equipment last year, otherwise I’d really be out of shape and feeling a bit down with the amount of times gyms have spent closed.
Will have a look tonight and see if I can find some extra plates and maybe some other useful equipment.

Missed logging a few work outs, pushed Friday’s last week back to Saturday and had a kind of had a reload/just went through the motions.

Sleep was really bad, got a sum of 3 hours I think.
Went into work Saturday too.
Thank god Monday was a holiday.

Pause squats: 1 @ 160,180,190,200kg
Squats: 3x10 @ 140kg
Pause OHP: 3x5 @ 60kg

Accessory:
Face pulls and push up

Notes:
Felt pretty confident with the weight this work out.
Couple of guys at work were excited that gyms are set to open doors in Vic again… Was cool to chat about squats, deadlifts and presses.
