So Got through 4 sets of DLs then my chest piece started tingling lol didn’t feel great (I’m pretty sure it’s was the internal pressure from bracing).
Did some easier work and called it a day.

Played first Oztag game Tuesday, didn’t go as bad as I thought.
Leg strength was good but I was way too out of breath lol calves are tight AF though.
Workout didn’t suffer to much, intensity was a little low (beer probably didn’t help) though so didn’t push it.
Due to poor time management (forgot my parents are coming to visit) I won’t get a 3rd work out in this week.

So I’ve only been managing 2x a week last couple of weeks.
It’s better than nothing but I need to get back to 3x a week.
Have been upgrading the work tools to make myself feel better though lol

I’ve been pretty inconsistent on the workout front and also had some health issues (woke up to Ambos, apparently I had a seizure of some kind) it’s playing havoc with the diabetes too.
Notes:
Man I love dohertys but that change room is smelling a bit funky.
Lifts seem to be moving alright considering the amount (or lack of) lifting I’ve been doing (about 3 weeks off at one point)
Apparently muscle fit shirts are now a thing, unfortunately I’m still a medium though…
I found that you can get xxxl slim fit shirts. I would strongly suggest that anyone who needs a xxxl shirt (me) does NOT also want it to be a slim fit.

Air quality is pretty poor at the moment, felt felt alright in the gym but once outside (no actual vomiting but I’m sure it was pretty close)
Slight DOMs going into the workout but once warmed up they went away.

Smoke got me pretty bad, even inside the weights room was hazy, warmed up and didn’t really go any further, did a bunch of accessory work so it was a complete waste.
Also my home scales tells me im 90kg not the generous 86kg I got when back home in Melbourne lol have been getting a few complaints on my muscles, what I don’t understand is people’s need to keep touching.
Like you can touch it 4 or 5 times but nothings going to change.
Got a couple of medical appointments and another tattoo appointment this week so I’ll try rearrange work out days for Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday.
