Parents came up on Friday for the weekend, skipped the gym and gave my neck a bit more time to recover.
Went to maple and clove for breakfast ended up with two (the granola and the full breakfast) the waitstaff was a little bit confused.

Pressing wasn’t to bad tonight, first rep felt a bit missgroved but all others were nice and smooth.
While I’m glad that club lime left the back room alone when they took over, the place Is a bit of a mess.

So missed Friday’s workout again, was having pre work out fun time with the missus and both hamstrings suddenly cramped up.
Couldnt even get off the bed for a good 10-15 minutes an could hardly walk for the following hour, safe to say the missus wasn’t to impressed lol. I think it’s related to my calves being ultra tight, if anyones got any other ideas feel free to throw your 2 cents in.
Squats moved well the recent cramp issues and the surprise DOMs in my lower abs.
My trap/neck area also gave me grief in warm ups but settled down once I got to working weight.
I’m getting dangerously close to 30 I probably need to invest in some prehab work.
My goto release would be a good bike ride to get the blood flowing. Just easy pedalling for an hour or so.
Sounds like the posterior chain is tight, so some stretching and rollers for the whole backside maybe.
Yikes. I’ve had my lats cramp, but not hammies. No idea why it’d happen.
