So I ditched my planned gym session on Friday because I had a few to many after work drinks.
@MarkKO seems some wagon wheels turned up.
Unsure if they’re a permanent addition.
Lime has also brought in new members, most of them seem to have god awful porn mustaches…
Maybe I’m just getting old.

Notes:
Pressing felt exceptionally good today, everything moved with ease.
There seems to be more people In the gym after the change of ownership so I don’t get the room all to myself anymore.

Missed going Friday night for after work drinks again.
Really didn’t feel like getting off the couch tonight but felt pretty strong under the bar even if 180kg was a bit wobbly in the way down.
Was rushed for time and will try and get back tomorrow for some light accessories.
Need to get back to going 3 times a week again.

Notes:
Didn’t go to the gym Tuesday, honestly I decided I’d rather sit on the couch with dog and watch TV.
Could barely even drag myself down there tonight.
Pressing was solid enough, I’ve gotten better at cleaning the log up.
I’m going to set several alarms/reminders on my phone and try and go Friday so I’m back to 3 times a week.

So I’ve made so leg gains, it seems to mostly be around the glutes and inner thighs though.
I’ve never had a thigh gap but shits rubbing together more often than not and the chafing is real. :frowning_face:
Didn’t get down to the gym Friday again, stayed back for after work drinks again. I’m going to try go Wednesday/Thursday instead and just do a lighter accessory day.
