More chance to forget injections? lol
Um the once a day was taken in the evening and the effects would be starting to wear off when I had dinner/pre gym meal/while I’m lifting.
Having Two injections (one After work, around 6pm) is supposed to keep it more level, especially around gym time.
In reality I haven’t noticed much difference though

Wednesday workout:

SSB squats: 15 @ 100kg
SSB pause squats: 1 @ 110,120,130,140kg

Accessory:
Log press: 15 @ Log+15kg
NG pullups: 16 @ BW
3x5 (varying grips) @ BW
Pushups: 2x30 @ BW

Notes:
Short on time.
will return to gym tomorrow for accessory stuff.

Wednesday workout:

Pause squat: 1 @ 150,160,170kg
Squat: 3x10 @ 100kg
NgG pull up: 3x10 @+5kg
Dips:3x10 @+10kg

Notes:

Spent the Easter holidays being sick, still not 100%
anything over 3 reps resulted in coughing and feeling nauseous after the set.
also an issue with my left calf and rolled right ankle, neither seemed to bother me in the workout though

Sunday workout:
Still Sick.

Squat: 3 @ 140,150,160,170Kg
4x3 @ 140kg
BOR: 10 @ 60,80,100kg
6 @ 120,140kg(sloppy form.
AMRAP: @ 60kg (25)

Accessory:
Lateral raise, cable curl and tricep push down supersets

Notes:
Squats and BORs almost killed me, coughed my lunges up on both.
Realised I don’t actually like training/lifting at all, I just like being not as weak as when I started.

Tuesday training:
DOMS everywhere, so went a bit lighter.

OHP: 4x10 @ 50kg (30 second rest)
15 @ 40kg
Good mornings: 4x10 @ 60kg (30 second rest)

Accessory:
low to high cable flys and face pull superset.

Notes:
Everything is fried, even my biceps. Oh well that’s what I get for slacking on my workouts.

Rant:
Off leash dogs in on leash areas, actually its only this one women.
“Oh there friendly” no you’re dog is rushing mine and growling.
Ffs how hard is it to leash your dog.
The only bit of information we have from DAS is that she was returned for rehoming because the other dog was biting on her and as a consequence shes a little nervous meeting new dogs on lead.
“Oh they’ve been doing this for 8 years” yeah doesn’t make it any better or legal

I get you! My girls are always leashed except in off leash areas. Not because of aggression, admittedly, but overenthusiasm and just to make people feel better.

I had an opposite experience though. Went to a nearby off leash area a while back and Simba was running around then some old couple complained Simba ran up to them. It’s an off leash area. What do you expect dogs to be doing?

Haha this is why I like the fenced dog areas, there is no other reason for anyone to be there.

Haha yeah I’ve taken to asking the owner if it’s alright before Introducing my dog to there’s.
She gets pretty enthusiastic if she thinks there’s a chance she’ll get to play too.

And to add to the rant about off leash dogs wtf is up with little dogs?
I walk my dog about an hour a day, and its always the little dogs that snarl and bark! Now mine thinks this is the way to act towards them.

Lol I think it’s because the perceived threat is almost zero.
Small, fluffy and adorable what’s the worst it could do?
And they don’t bother to train them.
Coincidentally the women I was ranting about had 3 small dogs…

Thursday workout:
Still DOMs, sickness starting to clear up though.

Squats: 3 @ 140,160kg (was going to try for 175kg but realy wasn’t feeling up to it)
Pause squat: 1 @ 180kg
Pause Breathing squat: 100kg @ 30,45,60 seconds
Squats: 3x5 @ 140kg

Accessory:
NG pull ups: 6 @ BW,10,15,10,BW
Dips: 5x10 @ BW (15 seconds rest)

Face pulls

Notes:
Everything moved pretty well but really didn’t fell it, even after taking some pre workout.
Coughed my guts up after the 3x5 on squats.

NG pullups\ ss BW squats: 5x10/10,10,10,10,40 @ BW

Low to High cable flys.

Notes:
Was feeling good tonight, Squats moved really well until rep 6 started with a coughing fit and just got worse but 8 reps at 160kg is equal with last times top set at a higher BW.
ended up with acid reflux due to all the coughing.

SSB squats: 3x10 @ 110kg
Underhanded BOR: 10 @ 60,80,90kg

ab wheel rollouts, Lateral raises and some weird row machine (cable machines were unavailable for facepulls)

Notes:
Everything moved well, first set of SSB squats felt weird but got easier each set weirdly.
