Back feels quite fatigued.
Everything moved well, Losing motivation to get to the gym these days.

I know how you feel. Had a late night on Saturday and now feel like I could sleep for a week !! Very happy that I have a deload week this week.
Haha they are about to release final fantasy xv (video game)on the pc.

Good game? I stopped playing after XI. The one with Lightening in it turned me off the new ones.
I only ever really got into 7,9 and 12.

Ah I’m trying to get away from games. It’s tough though. I’m playing a dinosaur one called ARK at the moment. It’s way too good and takes ages to do anything in it. Not a good combo! Haha
That one’s on my list too. They’re also doing a remake of FF7, not sure about that one though but will probably get into it.
Why?
It’s not as bad anymore but if I get a good game I’ve been known to just play the shit out of it at the cost of everything else in my life. GTA online took over my life for 3months to the point where I didn’t pay any bills, didn’t eat much and never looked for more work than the 6hours a day I was doing. It pretty bad! Ark has that potential but I’ve grown up a bit.
Friday workout: finished just before 12am so it still counts as Friday

Weight myself on the scale at the gym tonight (83.7kg, no surprise there) that also gave a body fat reading… 23% ![]()
I also think my top strength may have take a small hit with all the weight lost, most of the PRs at the start of my log were hit at around 96-98kg body weight.
