pullups: 2x10 @ BW 5 @ 10,15kg

Low to high cable flys and lateral raise super set.

Too much playing with the dog and not enough lifting recently.
Bring dog to gym and tell everyone it’s an emotional support animal. Or if your gym is cool just bring it along no need for excuses
Gym is pretty chill, don’t know if people would appreciate being asked for belly rubs during their sets though

Wednesday workout:
Wasn’t great, barely ate all day. Worked late.
Took the dog for an hour long walk.
OHP: 10 @ 50kg, 5 @ 60kg, 15 @ 40kg
NG pullsups: 3 x10 @ BW
Good mornings 10 @ 60,80,90kg

Works been pretty hectic and unfortunately I didn’t get to eat properly before getting down there.
Weight didn’t fell to heavy but was lacking in power to move anything more than a single rep.
On Dog notes, dog has learnt to use the doggy door… for chicken and pats at least.

Things are still moving well but energy levels are flat lining. need to eat more.

Missed Friday gym session, was spent after work.
Did a bit of laboring, carrying loads of tile,brick and concrete down stairs. Upper back, quads and calves really took a hit.
Have no drive to get down to the gym lately, would rather chill with the dog. Super anti-social at the moment.
It works, huh? The SSB weighs 30 kg give or take.

Way to late to the gym but I need to get back into the routine of going 3 times a week.

Didn’t walk the dog pre-gym today but took it to for a run at the dog park.

Back-off sets: 4x3 @ 140kg
Fat bar deadlifts(till grip started becoming an issue): 3 @ 140,160,180kg

Facepull, cable curl, tricep pushdowns and low to high cable flys giant sets

Took the dog to the dog park today and damn can she run.
Found a fat bar in the gym today so thought I’d have a play ![]()

Notes:
Everything felt pretty good.
Lower body weight make pull ups easier at least.

Notes:
Blood sugar was a bit low before going to the gym so had some sugar to bring it up.
Felt bloated and full of water, shortened workout to 30mins.
Ran straight from BOR’s to pause DLs really felt it in my upper back and hamstrings.
