You’ll get different views but I can tell you medically and from my own clinical experience with numbers like that your estrogen barely made it to receptors since they were already saturated with testosterone. But what do I know haha.
I value your opinion! And greatly appreciate your input.
BUT…
My symptoms agree with the high numbers.
I’m so thankful that over the last week the symptoms have steadily decreased. I’m not completely over it, but much closer.
Do you realize that your symptoms can be from your testosterone being too high and having zero to do with estrogen? Such as overstimulation of the androgen receptors in the brain ? Or even a side effect of arimidex the medication and not the mediated estrogen level?
Check this out. The average male has roughly a t level of 900 and an e level of 30 give or take. That means normal male e runs about 3% of t. If your t was probably around 2500 and your e was around 150 the ratio isn’t that much higher. There is some misconception that higher e in relation to high t means it somehow has an ability to bind at a higher frequency then when numbers are normal. You have a finite amount of androgen receptors and at test levels like that they are occupied by - guess what - more test. But has been stated on this forum today even - endos like me know nothing and you’re better off getting medical advice from people who have no clue what the hell theyre talking about. It doesn’t matter what your numbers are. It’s the ratio. Unbound hormones exert ZERO effect on the body. Hormones need to couple to a binding site to actually exert their effects.
Thank you for the explanation.
I guess regardless of which condition was leading to the symptoms, I’m just thankful that things are returning to a more normal state.
The sleeplessness and panic attacks were terrible and I’m still using ambien to get a night’s sleep.
I don’t want to go there again any time soon!
Heck no. That stuff sounds awful bro. At the end of the day I want everyone to always feel good. That’s it and that’s all.
Is raloxifen better than Nolva for gyno? My mammary glands (gyno lumps) have flared up halfway into my cycle even using 1 mg of arimidex a day. I have letro as well. Started 40 MG a day of nolva last week, going down to 16 MG a day. Hopefully it reverses it
Here’s one for you. One of the biggest causes of gyno in men is impaired liver function. No man - no man no matter what the test dosage - needs Adex at that dose.
I’m developing quite the schoolboy crush on you
Haha wow
well I enjoy sharing knowledge with people on here. I just couldn’t sit around and watch people with broscience backgrounds throw around what sounds like medical advice because they know some terms. It’s just disgusting.
Given your wide knowledge on the field I would like to ask you, How does a “Good first cycle” Should look like?
I´m not trying to get to complicated here:
Test e 1-12 weeks @ 400mg p/week
Nolva 14-16 weeks @ 40/40/20/20
I´ll get an AI and I´ll have it on hand in case that my Estrogen levels rise, I´ll get blood work halfway trough the cycle and at the end of it.
Still considering HCG on the mix but I don´t really have the protocol dialed down for that.
Thank you for continuously sharing your knowledge with the community.
Hey man my pleasure. I would skip the hcg and you shouldn’t need an AI at all. Other than that it looks good.
Physio
I was reading another post and you where recommending nolva while on cycle to keep the gyno on check.
If I where to run the test-e 12week cycle with no AI do you think I should take some nolva while pinning or just in case I feel the symptoms?
I’m kinda confused right now haha
Always run tamoxifen. Everyday
how many MG of tamoxifen is the ideal taking it every day?
lets say I’m running 500mg of test-e.
and at the end of the cycle on the 14-16 weeks how much should I take?
I know I have been bothering you lately man but I want to do things right and I appreciate your help!
Cheers!
After your cycle will you be bridging or coming off totally
I’ll be coming off totally.
Maybe starting another cycle 3 months later but that will be mostly to dry out because I’m planning on competing by May 2018.
