There are many variables in our lives. How long have you been feeling off? What does your doctor say? If possible, and if this is somewhat recent, I’d ride it out. Otherwise, I’d split the dose. I doubt you are all of a sudden sensitive to large “spikes” of testosterone, which is pretty much BS anyway, not to say some are not.
Try not to focus on numbers. I had a guy earlier this week freaking out because his total testosterone dropped 11.
Yeah for real, lets “spike” ourselves with 250mg-500mg of test two times a week, but one injection of 100 - 150mg a week now thats crazy talk! Jeez the “spike” on that protocol will send us to the moon.
I’m not sure I follow. So the spike in androgens is now causing me to feel unwell? The fluctuations?? Im not sure that’s the case, I’m still thinking its my e2 rising. I took .5mg of AI and 2 days later I had morning wood for the first time in like 6 weeks
I have tried to ride it out, I’ve been feeling low energy, motivation and libido since last October. I finally decided to try .5mg AI earlier this week 2 days after my 200mg injection then 2 days later I got morning wood. For me when that happens I’m pretty close or at my ‘sweet spot’ for E2
E2 rising, that is a fluctuation. Anything that rises and falls, peaks and valleys, is a fluctuation. The body will try to regulate itself and in your case may have up regulated some men can’t handle it.
I wish you luck trying to find and stay in that E2 sweet spot using an AI. Don’t be surprised to find E2 in the single digits after long term AI use.
