No, but fertility is a possibility. Clomid tends to have lots of side effects which is why you won’t find many men on it in conjunction with TRT.
Oral test may be fast acting enough that you don’t experience a ton of shutdown, I’d take just test first and see. Aside from all the issues oral test can cause, considering 160mg isn’t that high of a dose, you won’t know if the SERM is having the effects or the test, if you started them both together.

Oral test in the US goes up to like 550mg+ daily. And that gets to like mid-level TT. Idk, sounds like your plan all around isn’t really awesome
I’m on Jatenzo, 237mg twice daily with most of the men in the clinical trial needing 237mg or more.
When I was on 198mg, my levels didn’t peak high enough to sustain my for the full 12 hours as my levels dropped down <300 to early. I’m unsure how your oral T differs from Jatenzo.
There’s no way to predict how one will respond to said dosage. We don’t even know the half-life of your oral T.
It is said that oral T doesn’t shut you down as hard as other formulations of TRT. Maybe that’s enough that you won’t need HCG/clomid.
I have the generic version that comes in 40mg softgels. When you took 237mgs what did you notice? Did it boost your libido and erection quality?
