Recently I started taking the SHRED Sarms from Auslabs, and I think it’s working. But in not to the whole supplement thing and don’t take anything currently.
I’m going to start having protein shakes and creatine, but I was wondering if there’s anything else anyone can recommend? And if they aren’t easily accessible/legal, where to get them from?
I wouldn’t add more than one thing at a time. What’s your protein intake now? Why not see what mileage you can get out of optimizing that, first, and creatine, and so on?
My protein is very low. I’m a vegetarian and try and eat vegan most days, so I do my best to not have whey. I get my protein from tofu and beans/salads lol.
I’ve had pea protein but it’s awful, but I did buy creatine yesterday. I’ve tried it in the past and didn’t really see much of a change, I was just hoping to see what I can combine the creatine with.
Yeah look you’re not wrong. I guess what im trying to say is, and this might be a VERY stupid way of making this assumption, but looking at my body, it’s clear that whatever protein I am getting is pretty good. About 2-3 times a week I eat those high-protein plant-based fake meats, along with high protein dried soy, etc.
I just have no set structure in my diet, as some days I will eat a vege sandwich for breakfast, a vege noodle sirfry for lunch, and an eggplant snitzel for dinner, which those days I guess I get a small amount of protein. But some days I will have those high protein fake meats for lunch and dinner.
I’m reading that BCAA’s are useless, so I’m just hoping to see if anyone has any guidance for things I can take. As much as I’d love to do steroids, I simply can’t inject so thats off the table. I’ll have creatine, and I will try finish whatever pea protein I have. I was just hoping maybe anyone can recommend me take anything else, be it specific vitamins or those “muscle pills" I linked above.
