I’m less worried about high schoolers. And it doesn’t appear they’ll learn much they could apply anyways. But, you did say University of Tehran, by the way. You must have forgotten.

Where I come from, Universities offer summer camps to teach kids foreign languages and other mundane skills. And look, the explosive camp is offered by the University of Missouri.

You do realize there is a legitimate demo/explosives industry, right? And just like other industries, they attempt to get young people to look into the field. What the hell are you trying to make this into? This isn’t some Hamas Jihad camp.
