Took this one just an hour ago. Thatās my left foot; itās in Canada. My right foot is in the US. You can see the international boundary at that place amounts to that fence in the pic.
Hiked to the border tonight with my dog. It was dark and the woods are deep. Wolves were howling in the distance.
Thought of October Girl and texted this pic to her while straddling the fence.
On the way back I smelled a skunk and caught a white flash with the light from my cellphone. Thought it was the skunk and started to back up rapidly. Ended up being my dog and I got quite the laugh.[/quote]
Itās that easy to cross the border? Wow

Well, I canāt speak for that specific area, but there are areas along the border where there is absolutely NOTHING, for miles. Especially in the Rockies.

Man that is a little scary but I have been there quite a few times. I grew up in the area, now I am deeper in the concrete jungle.
I still have family just down the road and go there maybe 4 x per year.
I have ate at tons of mex. food place and this place has the best fajitas, bar none.

I live in Spring/Klein, so, weāve got a huge stretch of houston in between us. Thatās cool though- I rarely ever wind up there, but my friend loves Lupes and we hit it up on a trip to galveston (or the return, I donāt remember)

Yea my wifes uncle and grandma live in Cypress, so I know about the stretches around Houston. Another reason when we moved to Houston last year, my wife wanted to live on the South side is proximity to Galveston etc. Like last weekend we jumped on the Harleys and went to the Galveston Bike Rally. Alot to do in this town.

When I got promoted the wife spent like 3 weeks reviewing demographics of the south side and she decided on FW. Its nice, just a lot of rich white people. I like the area we live in pretty easy to get to anything you want.
