Hi there, I can do any amount of hgh anyone reccomends, however I was curious on what calorie surplus should I do while on both HGH & LGD-4033? I am looking to gain size and stay lean, am currently 15% body fat at 170 pounds. Also, could I continue doing a bulk at a lower amount during PCT? Cheers
I assume you’re also using some kind of anabolics?
As for PCT - never drop your calories and hormones at the same time.
How long would you run the lgd? Depending on the length of a bulk you could have to eat within a wide range of surpluses.
i’m going to do 12 weeks of lgd. this is my first ever lgd cycle and i am new to bodybuilding, i have very little lean mass as i spent a long time cutting.
no ababolics, i’m 20 so waiting a few years before i add in anabolics. i am also a low lean body mass, i don’t have much muscle as i just finished a long cut to get to low body fat before starting a bulk. how much do you think i could add in a calorie surplus with HGH and LGD-4033?
I think the HGH and LGD aren’t going to do a damn thing and you’ve wasted a ton of money.
As for the calorie deficit just pick a starting point and adjust based on your results. The initial calorie target is always just a guess.
You said no anabolics but you’re going to use LGD, which is functionally the same thing. How tall are you? It kind of sounds more like you need food rather than hgh and steroids.
yeah lgd is basically the same thing, i just don’t plan on going to actual AAS (eg tren, deca, the more serious ones). I am 5’10, 170 pounds and 20 years old. I’m just looking to get a bit of an extra edge when adding on weight at the start, I don’t want to do it slowly natural
