Heres the deal. I just spent about 30 minutes trying to duplicate your photo. I tried everything. I was unable to get a picture at teh downward sloping angle that you have here for your back. So, I settled on this standard timed shot.
I’m on my cut right now. I’m going very low carb. I’m coming out flat. I lost like 6 pounds of water already. Theres nothing I can do about it since I’m not going to carb back up just to take a photo.
I admit my lat training wasn’t perfect since I wasnt going high enough on pullups. But, they will definitley get bigger once I bulk again since I have recognized the problem of not going nearly high enough.
with chest, i dont flat bench since i dont want sagging underboob. Dont care if this makes my chest seem smaller.
