It all makes sense now. Celtics is a giant work in progress, that of which will culminate with the ULTIMATE RICK ROLL of the century. You almost had us you sneaky bastard, but i foiled your plan!

I would expect nothing less than you bitching out on a lifting session with me.
I dont think enough people realize what went down on that board. Norton offered Celtics $1000 to compete against him and well yea… we know how that ended. God that was so sad

I know celtics isn’t huge by any means, but I wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t his genetics allowing him to get so big. He’s posted progress pics with a 20 pound muscle difference within 2 months time. I don’t care how great someone’s genetics are, I’ve never seen that happen naturally.
2 Months??? Yeah that is not a hell of a lot of time to put that much muscle on.
But he is a kid, I’ve seen kids go away and come back big as mofo after summer of nothing but eating and lifting.
See my response to X below.

I have trained guys who did that and did about the same myself. In fact, I would go as far as to say that this is pretty standard if you have half decent genetics for this and aren’t afraid to eat enough to support the lifting. I started college in August weighing about 150lbs and was about 175 by the time I came home for ThanksGiving.
If anything, I would say most of the people on this site make progress below average for the most part.
Look how many here still have 15" arms after several years of lifting.
-
Those were your first few months of training. I did the same thing during my first few months. Celtics has been training for over a year. Those gains after more than a year of training are extremely unlikely.
-
I’m sure you had a reasonably good training program/bodypart split. Have you seen how this kid trains? He lifts light weights (still only incline benching 155 pounds), runs circuits and trains using a 2 way split, hitting both his upper and lower body 15 times a month (according to what I’ve read in his posts).
I’d like to think I have the reputation of a reasonable person on this site. I don’t cry roids at everyone bigger than me (hell, I’m still bigger than celtics so it doesn’t matter) so hopefully no one here is dismissing my comment without looking into it a little more.
OK…so he’s a troll.
What else is new?
Maybe you’re right and dear Celty here is juicing already. That just means there is more to make fun of when he flatlines on progress.

If you don’t find the humor in Celtics perhaps your ponytail is too tight.

And now, you no longer have to imagine, you can see for yourself! (Provided you scroll through 27 pages. I did. lol.) Just Google ‘WTF is this Layne Norton phaggotry’.
Why would I want to compete against Layne Norton? I don’t need a trophy or to be judged by a group of men who probably don’t even train hard. Nor am I interested in dieting down to extreme levels. Nor am I interested in his money.
Thats not why I started training or continue to do so.
My goals now are to popularize my own training methods and get young people who have had trouble getting size to start doing it. I want my training style to be as widely known as DOGGCRAPP or similar programs. I want young men to do it that have as much time as they want to go to the gym and want to bodybuild quickly with noticable results -------- this includes a lot of people age 16-22
yes, microweight chains are involved
yes, you need to go to the gym 7 days a week for 1:15 or 1:30 each time
yes, you need to do 12 reps with your 12rm or 13rm
yes, you need to eat a lot
yes, you will mostly do my routine except if you have parts that are lagging or ahead that you modify for.
no, i dont take protein powder
no, i dont take steroids
no, I havent squatted in a long time
Iâ??m going to have to get to a lean 225 after another bulk and cut cycle in the next 4 months before eyes really start opening. And it will happen unless the genetic limit exists. Or my mom cancels my membership ![]()
Bottom line is, if you don’t look my size or bigger after 2 or more years of bodybuilding (which is longer than I’ve been training), you’re doing it wrong. Somewhere your program or your execution is messed up. Or you just like posting on the forums and you’re a casual. Or you’re a powerlifter. Or you dont know what you are and are confused.
the amount of weight you move or how much your deadlift has improved is irrelevant

I mean, i laugh AT him if thats what you mean, but i doubt it, since one doesnt really redeem anything by making more of an ass of himself. If you find his antics cute and funny, then yes we are on two different wave lengths.

Next order of business. Explain to us, in 6000 words or more, why you can not beat Layne Norton in bodybuilding or in a push/pull competition.
And may god have mercy on your soul.

Cute and funny no.
I see it as a calculated attempt at getting people max butthurt and it seems to be working.
Whoever this guy really is, he doesn’t really care about any of you. Maybe he’s bored, maybe he’s and instigator (which I suspect by his trolling on other boards) but either way he’s probably nothing like this in person.
It all just internet bullshittery. He’s throwing out a line and alot of you are biting.
