Power, are you the guy that sold me vitamins on Sunday? I meant to get 3 bottles, but only got two. You guys changed them from 90 with 30 free back to 90 and so I miscalculated. Could you please fix this for me because now I’m short 60 vitamins or one month’s supply and you know, who really has the time to shop for vitamins? I’ll have to plan a whole day around this now.

Z-Man, I work out usually around 6 or 7. I’ll be there today around 6-6:30. You’ll find me in the squat rack maybe doing clean and jerks if my back holds up. Tall, black pants, white T.

CGB, I already worked out today, but I’ll probably be there on Thursday. I think Thursday I’ll either be doing squats if I’ve sufficiently recovered from yesterday’s deadlift session, or doing a rare arm/delt workout. I’m one of the smaller (in T-Man size) guys there pushing weight that looks like it should cause me serious injury.

Z-Man, I can relate. I’m probably the last guy you’d expect to see lifting weights with my height and build. But that’s why I do it. If it was easy, I suppose I wouldn’t bother. I just concentrate on compound lifts and do supplementary lifts to improve the former. Since I started doing that, I’ve had much more fun and the progress has been better. We’ll run into each other one of these days and I look forward to it. I’ll be there tomorrow, about 7.
Ok, I’ve been checking out paintball with 454SS. I’ve only been able to locate three places in and around Calgary.
and the third place, Bragg Creek Paintball doesn’t seem to have much of a website, but 454SS emailed me the pricing details (where did you get this?). The first two seem to be about the same in terms of price and what you get, but capturetheflag seems to have a really good set up, with many scenarios that look really good. It’s also the closest. Bragg Creek Paintball seems to be the cheapest, but I don’t really know much else about it, other than they have a place in Bragg Creek and a place in Calgary. It’d be nice to book by the end of this week or else we might be SOL. How about some input?

Z, I’ll be there around 6:30. Gotta do some good mornings, pull throughs, dips and one-sided deadlifts. I love Thursdays. It’s like a big grab bag of things. I’ll probably be wearing a smelly old shirt with Halifax on the front. It’s too small, it smells and it’s uncomfortable. I’ve always got to have something to complain about.
Ok, we’re all set. Saturday, June 14th at noon at Paintball and Laser Tag located in Cochrane. Directions etc can be found on their website at www.capturetheflag.com. We can change the time, number of people etc at any time we want. They will be contacting me later next week to confirm. There is no money needed up front.
