Seems UD is one of the top COA’s along with PSA/DNA and GAI now GA can be iffy unless a certain person checked it over.

If in doubt, I’d suggest checking the seller’s feedback, asking for the COA info then contacting the signee to verify it. Ebay don’t really give a shit as long as they get their comission.

not much for RG3 on there w/a cert I’d trust. There’s a website that is apparently offering it as he will be doing a signing for them soon.

Montana seems to be cheaper than I would have thought.
