Are you still doing these routines in less than an hour? I always thought the hardest workouts were the full-body routines using a stop watch to time your rest intervals. Waterbury does a lot of this type of thing and it is great for conditioning and fat loss.

yeah still taking less than an hour. Some wrokouts take only 40 mins others, like yesterday 55mins. Yesterday was reasonably high reps (15) and 3 sets of each exercise with 120sec rest periods so a bit of standing about.
I watch the clock to check my rest times, and at times not believeing how quickly that second hand gets around. Definately creates a conditioning effect.
Hi all, sorry I haven’t been online in a while. Had a time out of the gym due to illness and since then have been on hols for 4 weeks and have then moved house. Lots going on. Currently doing ABBH again getting back into the swing of things. Also doing a lot of cardio as well, trying to get my fitness levels back up as I’m going to play soccer this year. Wife vetoed a return to the rugby paddock but soccer got the okay. I think I’ll be losing some weight, not much call for 98kg on a soccer field. Probably aiming for 92-93kg @ 10%. I’m 98kg @ 12% when I got tested last week.
I probably won’t log every workout but i’ll be in and out checking things and what not.
