It actually proves the opposite. The guy DIDN’T fight back and ignored and it ended horribly. If you are attacked, especially without cause and you did everything you could not be in that situation, you have every right to beat the sh!t out of someone. All you have to claim is a fit of rage/defense b/c you felt YOUR life was threatened. You won’t be going to jail for anything if you can show/prove that.
