“Oh, and of course, switch to diet coke.”
This is actually workable too.
Your posts are ambiguous.
Have you ever nutritionally counseled an obese person with food addiction, an emotional and behavioral disorder?

I guess they’re a little bit healthy. They taste good and I think they may some fiber in there with the sugar. Not the worst thing she could eat.
They are usually full of transfats and sugar! what could be worse? just cause its got fibre in it doesnt make it any better, 21 biscuits is still 1554calories alone!
If i put fibre on a doughnut does that make it “not that bad”?
What the fuck you gotta talk shit about donuts for?
Because they are about the same as digestive biscuits. Both full of sugar and fat, nothing even slightly useful in them.

It’s still hilarious.
I remember a dude from a Richard Simmons info-mercial. Weighed close to 1,000 pounds and ate - and I’ll never forget this - 22 bologna sandwiches as an “average lunch”…
Yea, that’s NOT a typo. Twenty-Fucking-Two bologna sandwiches - in one sitting!

I always hear people say “I would eat healthy but it just costs to much.”
I just want to say to them, be honest with yourself, you are too lazy to cook and you want your food instantly!
Healthier food does cost more, and if I’m too lazy to cook and want my healthy food instantly, it costs even more. £10 for 4 free range roast chicken breasts is not cheap, but that’s life.
This girls situation is sad.

I’m not a bread eater… how many slices in a loaf of bread? Because I’m imagining one would have to bust open a SECOND LOAF OF BREAD in order to make 22 sandwiches.
And thanks whoever says a pile is five. That is a handy quantitative measure to keep in mind for future use. Does this apply to all items or just sandwiches?

That’s like 2 loaves of bread. For lunch.
Holy mother of god.

Yeah but she lost all the weight in a fat camp, where she was having 1500 Calories a day. As soon as she went back into the real world she put all the weight back on.
I honestly don’t believe she can do this on her own and Ã?£3500 a month is a lot of money to lose weight!
Please tell me they didn’t have her cut from 10,000 calories (20,000? I can’t even estimate that intake) down to 1500 overnight. If so no wonder she put it right back on.
Oh wait, it’s in their interest to promote short term fat loss (see it works!) and have the client gain back the weight right after (better go back to fat camp. it worked!).

I saw one documentary on the discovery channel where the guy was so fat that he couldn’t leave the house…so he had a bucket rigged out the window so he can lower down money to delivery people and then pull the food back up. This guy’s lunch was more than I eat in two days…and he could barely walk into the kitchen…which means his family HAD to be bringing the rest of his food to him.
Whole loaves of bread, dozens of scrambled eggs…it makes me wonder how the fuck we have people dropping like flies from heart disease yet these fuckers keep on ticking while weighing that much.

Brilliant plan. Unfortunately her father is dead, and her mother has a heart condition. I guess we can put her in a care home; I’m sure the fat will come flying off when she runs away and develops a heroin habit. Moron.
How would she do on ‘Survivor’?

I didn’t bother to read the whole story, but my point still stands: this girl clearly isn’t getting the care she needs from the people who have custody of her. She is mentally ill.
It’s more than laziness or gluttony at this point. Although it is natural for people to eat as much food as they can, food is a necessity just like sleep is. Imagine if a teenage girl, whose father died and mother was sick, spent all day every day in bed sleeping… tries to get up once in a while, doesn’t make it far, lays down on the floor and sleeps… sleeps all the time…
That can’t be defined as just laziness or lack of self-control, and if there wasn’t anything physically wrong, then it’s obviously some kind of serious mental disorder, and I think the same thing holds true for someone who can’t stop themselves from eating.
If hypothetical-sleepy-girl had a sick mother incapable of taking care of her alarming mental illness, would you just let them be and allow things to sort themselves out? Or would you maybe make an anonymous call to social services to try and get her some help?
Besides that, fatty is not only a loon, but she’s quite literally killing herself. What if you knew of a child, incapable of being cared for by her only living parent, was given a bill of health after leaving a psychiatric institution, then shortly after being sent home she started cutting/burning herself again on a daily basis to the point that she would soon die?
Heroine habit? I have no idea what you’re talking about. But my point is this girl needs serious psychological help and she doesn’t seem to be getting it.
i try, but i have zero sympathy. fuck.

Yea - it’s insane - you wouldn’t think the body could take that kind of abuse, but it does - for awhile at least.
Even that gastric bypass shit is being worked around by fatties - apparently they’ve discovered “Slurry” - basically eating doritos and chips, mashing it up in the mouth with lots of liquids, where it slides easily thru that tiny stomach pouch into the small intestine for absorption - they can eat pretty much as much of that as they want and will never feel full - which is the whole point of gastric bypass - being FORCED to stop eating. Yet they still manage to ingest tremendous amounts of energy that way - and of course gain weight.
So you had an inherently dangerous, elective surgery and you’re still an obese fuck? It’s incredible, and shows that it’s more of a psychological issue than a physiological one…
What’s amazing to me is the sheer will to eat.
I’m trying to gain (good) weight. I get SICK of eating, and I’m pushing 260 now.
On any given day, say after training back, I can down some wings or a whole damned pizza-- but on average I have a hard time putting down that much food-- and these people are downing dozens of sammiches on average!!!
Incredible.
On another note-- How the fuck do these people wipe their asses??? I’m sorry, but even if I got to be extremely obese (which apparently on T-Nation is above 14% BF), the day I couldn’t wipe my ass, I think that would be a life changing experience.
In closing: OM NOM NOM!
^ Beach towel with a weight tied at the end, butt floss as needed.

Have you ever found yourself standing in line behind a severely obese person?
Chances are they are going to smell.
I often wonder if they wipe their asses at all.
When I worked at a gas station for a while… there was this one morbidly obese 40+ woman who would come in once in a while. The woman should probably have a handle on hygiene by then… but jesus christ. Every time she came in I was gagging and struggling not to throw up while ringing her cupcakes and energy drinks out. After she left I used to go around the store with a can of lysol or fabreez… and for the rest of the night I could not eat anything without wanting to throw up.
I felt pretty bad about it… I didn’t exactly want her to see me struggling to keep my organs inside my body. But god… take a fucking shower. The stench was just so strong you could taste it if you breathed through your mouth…

Yeast. Fat folds allow this to thrive and grow…and like we discussed in a thread a while back about why dogs smell like corn chips and feet sometimes, that’s why.
im trying to figure out with no dad and mom prolli limited to short hours due to health condition, how is she funding all this food?
and i have to disagree eating healthier is cheaper than eating unhealthy (minus fast food)… chips are avg 2.99 a bag for 10-12 oz. 16 oz of chicken breast is 2.49-2.79. u def get more for ure money with healthy foods.
